I purchased this about three years ago. I've only worn it once. It's cute, with openings on the sides around the bust. It has stretch. The straps are adjustable in the back. It looks clean to the untrained eye, but please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned as it is a used item. There is no lining. There is a slit in the back.
