This is an air purifier with humidifier from Iris Ohyama. I've used it for about 5 years, but there are no noticeable scratches, stains, or operational problems. As you can see in the photos, there is some discoloration of the main unit due to aging, so please be aware of that. Also, I have cleaned the inside and outside of the filter thoroughly.
