EU. Chrysalis Edition Remaster English Progressive Rock Band A unique blues, trad, hard rock, and jazz band led by the genius Ian Anderson (vo.g.fl). They have many faces, including theatrical stages. It's a quirky, strong-willed rock, almost a dictatorship by Anderson. This album is a compilation encompassing their history. More folk and trad elements than other major English progressive rock bands, closer to Fairport Convention, and there's interaction between the members. Anderson is strongly associated with the flute, but his acoustic guitar skills are also top-notch. Ideally, the songs should have been arranged chronologically, but they are randomly placed here.
