This is a Lightning McQueen mini-car from the Cars movie. I believe it was sold at the Disney Store a long time ago. It has a pull-back function and its eyes move. The tires are made of rubber and are realistic. It probably also plays sounds, but I haven't been able to confirm it because the batteries are dead. It's quite large and very cool.
