Purchased in 2012 and used until a few days ago. Sometimes the buttons are difficult to press, but they respond if pressed firmly or if the door is opened and closed a few times. The paint on the ceiling inside the unit is considerably peeling, and one of the ceiling screws is missing. One top panel and the instruction manual are also included. Therefore, this item is being sold as junk. Please understand this before purchasing.
