The size is listed as 13, but it's a bit large! I think it would be okay for someone who usually wears a size 15 or so. Please refer to the images for the size. It's a white and navy stripe with a flowy A-line style, making it look very cool. And of course, it *is* cool! The back is a peplum style and longer, so it can cover your hips. I will fold it up small for shipping. *I have a cat. *There are no smokers.
