This is an analog watch made of brown leather by MARC BY MARC JACOBS. I used it normally for about a year after purchasing it, but it stopped working. I believe the malfunction is unrelated to battery replacement. It hasn't worked for nearly 10 years. I think I had the battery replaced at a watch battery replacement shop inside a department store. Also, I don't know the current internal condition or whether it can be repaired.
