Although it is new and unused, there is a kiln flaw on the rim of the mouth (diameter) in one place from the time of purchase, so I have marked it as "slightly scratched or stained." The kiln flaw extends from the outside to the inside. (Please see images 6 and 7.) This does not affect use at all. It is smooth to the touch and not very noticeable. It has a hyoretsu-kannyu (ice crack glaze) and a pale, gentle pink color. I loved the gold-colored pattern on the front at first sight and bought it, but I am selling it to declutter.
