Actual measurements are 40-74 (neck circumference - sleeve length), length 78cm, width 54cm, shoulder width 46cm, sleeve length 52cm. 100% cotton. Cuffs are required at the sleeve ends (not included). This is a high-end brand dress shirt, and I believe it's a good custom-made item, so it's for someone who fits the size. It was in the condition shown in photo 1, but I unfolded it once to measure the size and check the condition. It came with a box, but it's bulky, so I will only send the shirt when shipping.
