This is a satin flare skirt. It may be difficult to tell from the photos, but the color is a pale blue. I bought it a few years ago and have worn it a few times. I don't think there are any stains or snags as far as I can see. The waist is elastic, but it doesn't stretch much. When I, who am 147cm tall, wear it, the hem almost touches the ground.
