The size is for 5/6 year olds, so approximately 110cm. The actual size is length 43cm x width 29cm. It has a star pattern and is cute. There are some areas where the stars are faded. There is overall wear and tear, with some dirt and damage on the wrists and the front center, but nothing major. As shown in the image, the Velcro on the hat is peeling off. It's thick.
