Made in 1993. The memo size is 8.5 x 15 cm (please allow for some error). There are perforations in two places, allowing it to be divided into three sections. There is only one design. It is a booklet of 25 sheets (images 3-6). The second image is a sticker. As far as I can see, there doesn't seem to be any significant damage, but there may be minor overlooked stains or discoloration. To avoid any problems, if you are at all concerned about the condition, it's best not to purchase. *Please be aware that the actual colors may differ from the images.
