This is a pleated skirt from Chopin Deux. The color appears black at first glance, but I believe it's actually a dark navy when compared. It was mainly used for school closing and opening ceremonies, as well as other ceremonies. It has been worn approximately 10-20 times. It has a left-side zipper and hook closure. The back of the waist has elastic, allowing for size adjustment. There are no pockets. The name on the tag has been blacked out with a marker. Also, upon close inspection, there are some areas with slight pilling, and some of the thread from the skirt's hem repair is visible from the outside. Regarding the loose threads, if you are concerned, please consider re-sewing them. (See photos) I believe it can be worn without any noticeable stains or damage.
