This is a vintage item featuring a beautiful design of traditional Japanese Noh masks, a set of two, large and small, made of ceramic. - Type: Noh mask, Komote (small mask) - Size: Set of 2, large and small - Material: Ceramic, Board: Paulownia wood I found these masks while cleaning out my parents' house. My grandfather loved antique art and collected them. I believe these are vintage pieces with a beautiful face and a strong presence. On the male mask, the artist's name or something similar is written in brushstrokes on the bottom left of the paulownia wood board, but I cannot read it. There is a string on the paulownia wood board for hanging on the wall, and the Noh masks are also tied to the paulownia wood board with strings on both sides, but one of the strings is broken. The female mask is the type without a paulownia wood board (there are no holes on either side of the mask). Please consider adding this item to your collection.
