Nipopo: Ainu couple dolls. I believe these can be considered vintage items. I received them as a commemorative gift in 1981, with the request to display them at the entrance of my home. I displayed them at my home's entrance as good luck charms. I don't know the name of the creator, but I believe they were made to order. The male doll has a stern expression, while the female doll has a gentle expression. The material is, of course, Japanese Pagoda (Enju) wood. The size of each doll is approximately 31 cm in height and 14 cm in width. Although not very noticeable when displayed, there is a slight crack on the right side of the male doll.
