I wore this twice as a stylish outfit, and it has a glossy feel. When held up to the light, it's somewhat see-through as shown in the photos, but because it's black, has a glossy finish, and is pleated, I don't think the sheerness is noticeable. I didn't even realize it until I took these photos. It also has a lining. There are some minor scratches. They appear white in the 8th and 9th photos. They look white due to the lighting, but the color is faded, and the scratches are only visible depending on the angle. When I (163cm tall) wear it, the length is about to cover my calves.
