I'm selling this item because I bought it last year but it's already too small, as I barely wore it. It fastens with a zipper and buttons. The pockets are fake. There is no hood, but it has a large, fluffy collar that can be used instead of a scarf, so it looks very warm. The lining has a cute floral pattern.
