Purchased two years ago. I think I wore it less than 10 times. The waist is elastic and easy to wear. It has a black lining, but there was no tag. It doesn't wrinkle easily even after washing and drying. I'm selling it because I started riding a bicycle often and no longer have the opportunity to wear skirts. I will ship it after home cleaning. I couldn't find any fraying, but please purchase if you understand that it is a used item.
