These wrist and ankle weights can be used for aquatic exercises. They are recommended for those who wear them on their wrists and ankles to add resistance during aquatic exercises and water walking. Although they add weight, it is possible to swim with them. I purchased these quite a while ago. They were stored in the back of a drawer. There are some minor frays, but no noticeable scratches, and I think they can still be used. I would like to ship them as compactly as possible. Thank you for looking.
