I purchased this at a store about 15 years ago. I rarely wore it, and it's been stored in a drawer without ironing. As a result, there are quite a few wrinkles, as you can see in the photos. The fabric is a bit thin and soft. There's a strap-like detail on the shoulders (Photo 6). There are chest pockets with flaps on both sides (Photo 4). There are buttons around the upper arms to roll up the sleeves, and straps on the inside (Photos 5 and 9). The cuffs and the seams of the sleeves look damaged in Photo 11, but it's not damage. However, there is a fraying on the left sleeve, as shown in Photo 12. The size is 40 (L) according to the label.
