I am gradually selling some of the clothing items I've been storing as I organize my parents' home. I received this from my grandmother, but I'm selling it because I have no opportunity to use it. This is an obi (sash) sewn to make it easy to tie an otaiko musubi (a specific obi knot). (See image 2) It has a refined and gorgeous impression with gold thread embroidered in a ball-like pattern, so it can be used in a wide range of situations, from formal to semi-formal. There are some areas where the thread is pulled and some slight stains. (See image 4) It is not very noticeable when worn, but please check the photos for the condition. This is a used item that has been stored at home, so please purchase only if you understand this.
