In the second photo, there appears to be a scratch on Muichiro-chan's face, but this is because a protective film is attached, so it should be fine if you peel it off. I contacted the manufacturer, and they said to send photos and the receipt via email if there are any scratches even after removing the film, so if you're worried, please comment and I'll include the receipt.
