This item has been stored at home for 20 years, so although it is new and unused, I've listed it as "near new." Uncertain if it's cotton or a cotton-polyester blend. It's 110 cm wide and 160 cm long. I bought it to make a child's dress and used about half of it. The embroidered edge can be used for the hem, making a cute and easy dress. It's in good condition.
