This is a transport bag issued by the Dutch military. It has a large capacity, able to carry the luggage of multiple people. It incorporates both a shoulder strap and carrying handles, allowing for two carrying methods. Pockets are installed on both sides inside. The camouflage pattern used is the Dutch military's "DPM camouflage." With a capacity of about 80L, it can hold a full set of camping gear.
