This is a hoodie that was sold when UNIQLO and One Piece first collaborated, over a decade ago. It has been stored out of direct sunlight, but there is some deterioration due to pilling. There are no holes or stains. Considering its age, I think it's in pretty good condition! Size is M. It measures approximately 62cm from shoulder to hem. The color is navy. It has the Straw Hat Pirates mark on the chest, a silver patch (see the last photo). I remember being overjoyed with the first collaboration with One Piece as a child and running to UNIQLO, so I believe this is from that first collaboration... It's definitely a rare hoodie that's not widely available, so please consider it.
