This is an unused inner jacket from an Urban Research coat. As it's an inner jacket, there are buttonholes at the neckline, but they're not very noticeable, so those who don't mind can wear it as an outer. Also, if you wear a hoodie underneath and pull the hood out, the buttonholes won't be visible at all.
