This is a shell-motif desk pen. The condition is that there is a dent in the part where the ballpoint pen is inserted into the desk holder. Three new ballpoint pen refills are included. They are longer than the original ones, but I recommend using them at this length. You replace the refill and then combine the top and bottom parts, but it's difficult to pull out if you insert it all the way in, and the dent in the pen tip may also be affecting this.
