It's from the Heisei era. Hand-washed with a detergent for delicate clothes → fabric softener. After hand washing, I thoroughly dried and deodorized it indoors using a dehumidifier and Ziaino. I have allergies, so I try my best to be careful when listing fabric products. Since I hand-washed it, I didn't experience any storage odors or coughing due to allergens. In my subjective opinion, there are no particularly noticeable smells or stains. Only one of the Hello Kitty figures (the face in the center of the first image) has some discoloration on the ribbon, and the yellow on the nose is faded. Please check the images. The rubber bands on both seem to be in good condition and still usable. These are ready-made items with the Sanrio imprint, so both use the same beads. I often went to Sanrio shops, so I think I bought them at a Sanrio shop. There are no other particularly noticeable flaws, but due to long-term storage, I have selected "No noticeable scratches or stains." I haven't seen this item listed before, so I think it's rare.
