This is the second item, the Blue Train Hokutosei and the E231 series Joban Line, which were included in the JR East Special Set 2. The middle car of the E231 series is missing. There are scratches from use, but I think it can still be used. The exterior shows some discoloration. I wanted to deliver it in as clean a condition as possible, so I cleaned the exterior and the power unit, and replaced the rubber tires with new ones, so you can use it immediately upon arrival.
