Kenzan Kiln (Kenzan-yo) was a kiln opened by Ogata Kenzan, a potter of the Edo period. This is a "Futaoki" (lid rest), a tea utensil with a unique shape. *This was from my grandmother's collection, who was a professor of the Urasenke school of tea ceremony, and it has been carefully stored unused.
