This is a Uniqlo waffle knit dress. It's short-sleeved, but I think you can layer it with outerwear or other clothes. In the fall, I used to wear Heattech or a turtleneck underneath. The fabric is sturdy, and since I haven't worn it many times, I think it's in good condition. It has pockets on both sides.
