This is a Bizen-yaki sake cup by Takeyuki Norimatsu. I purchased it at a department store in Tokyo. He was a popular artist, but he has passed away, so the number of his works is decreasing. It has never been used since I bought it. This sake cup has a dynamic kiln transformation. The body has natural glaze, scorching, and spatula marks, making it a rare sight for Bizen-yaki sake cups. It comes with a cloth, a history of the pottery, and a wooden box. I have confirmed that it does not leak water. There are no chips or cracks, but there are scorches, "ishihaze" (stone bursts), and kiln marks due to the intense firing, so please understand.
