This is a tempura pan made of iron from Shimomura Kihan. It has good stability and is easy to handle with its two handles. Diameter is approximately 24cm, height is approximately 8cm. On the Shimomura Kihan website, the thick-bottomed frying pan 24cm is sold for 4730 yen. I used it carefully on a gas stove. I am selling it due to a change to an IH stove. Thank you.
