This is a very elegant, high-quality silk visiting kimono (houmongi) featuring a floral shibori pattern and a beautiful river design. The entire garment shimmers, making it a luxurious piece. I purchased it at a Takashimaya flea market for a wedding, but it is unused. While stored at home, a faint stain, barely noticeable unless closely examined (as shown in the last photo), has appeared. However, it's located on the underside of the collar, so it should be hidden. There are no other damages. I bought it for my daughter, but she hasn't had the opportunity to wear it. The pattern is so beautiful, I'd like to pass it on to someone who will.
