I purchased this item in January of this year from a card shop, listed as "A-mint" condition. I have kept it in a sleeve and stored it in a magnetic loader. I have not taken it out of the sleeve even for these photos. Through the sleeve, I don't see any holo scratching or white spots. I haven't touched the actual card, so it's unused, but just in case, I've marked it as "no noticeable scratches or stains." I appreciate your understanding. I'm selling this one since I have a duplicate and haven't touched this one directly. To prevent any issues, please consider this card for play.
