This is a multi-colored floral print flare skirt. It has a lining and the back of the waist is elastic. Although I purchased it, I have many other skirts and haven't had a chance to wear it. I have removed the tags, but it is unused and has not been washed. It has been stored in a bag in my closet. I believe it is in beautiful condition, but please refrain from purchasing if you are looking for perfection, as it has been stored at home.
