Originally, Kumamon held a basket with both hands, but the basket was removed from the hands, and only the basket was used. Kumamon was stored in a plastic bag after the basket was removed. The inside of both hands, where the basket was sewn, feels a bit stiff, perhaps due to reinforcement? See photos 8 and 9. For someone who will cherish it.
