This is a mezzo piano short-sleeved puff sleeve striped dress. The color is navy and white stripes. The size is marked as M (150), but based on the length, it might fit a size 140 as well. There is a side pocket on the right side. There are loops made of thread for a belt (see photo 7) at the waist, so I think it originally came with a belt or waist ribbon, but it's missing. It hasn't been worn very much, so there's no fading typical of navy, and I think it can still be worn. I think the ribbon on the back and the lace around the collar are subtly cute. I bought this for my older daughter, and it was stored for about 5 years after she wore it, but my younger daughter doesn't like it, so I'm selling it.
