All threads are divided into 4 smaller spools, so they can be used with a serger. (The threads were divided at the store where they were purchased) I purchased these several years ago, but I never used them. I don't see any noticeable scratches or stains on the threads, but please forgive me if I missed anything. Some of the threads do not have packaging bags, so please be aware of this.
