Regarding the size, I have measured it myself, so please check the actual measurements in the photos. (For reference, the tag says size S, but it felt just right for me, and I usually wear M.) I'm not very familiar with marine sports wear, but I think you would wear this over a swimsuit. (It's not as thick as a wetsuit; I think the material is similar to a typical swimsuit or rash guard.) The string on the back allows you to easily lower the zipper by yourself, making it easy to put on and take off. I rarely wore it, so it's still in good condition. I checked for stains and tears when listing it, but I didn't find any, and I would be happy if you could use it. Please understand that this is a used item. Thank you very much.
