Like new, only test-played. I kept it in stock, but I'm selling it because I don't use it much since my main is a 4*4. Based on my test play, I think it's a good piece that's easy to play with no particular issues. Regarding Lakey (in my opinion, for reference): It's popular because it's inexpensive, but not many people seem to continue using it. It's a somewhat quirky mouthpiece with pitch characteristics (tends to go sharp), and a short facing, which I think results in many people not finding a good setup. For reeds, although it's a jazz mouthpiece, I recommend using filed-cut reeds with stable intonation and a short reed vibration length. For reference, I use red Java or blue box reeds.
