I believe it's assembled according to the instructions, but there might be some incorrect assembly or missing parts. Please check the photos before purchasing. The instruction manual is also in good condition. The box is not included. The moving parts function without any problems. It was stored in a non-smoking environment, and there are no pets. There are no scratches or stains, but it had gathered some dust as it was displayed. I cleaned it with a disinfectant wipe, but please refrain from purchasing if you are overly concerned about this.
