Made in 2015. It was originally in a bag, but I opened it for the photos. The bag tore at that time, so I will put it in another bag for shipping. This is a "Cheery Chums" three-gang switch cover. The outer frame size is 12 x 6.8 cm (measured from the outside). The panel (main body) size is 11 x 6 cm (please allow for some error). The outer frame glows green in the dark, possibly made of a phosphorescent material. An instruction manual is included. I am not an expert, so I cannot answer inquiries about compatible switches. Please examine the images and only bid if you are satisfied. To avoid any problems, I recommend that those who are at all concerned about the condition refrain from purchasing.
