This is a balloon skirt from SLOBE IENA. I purchased it in April 2025. The color is navy. The waist is elastic with a drawstring, allowing you to adjust the fit. I wore it two or three times after purchasing it, but it didn't suit me, so I haven't had the opportunity to wear it since.
