Originally, a digital clock would be displayed, but the battery cover for the button battery is hard to open, and I can't replace it. It's probably a dead battery, but the current status is unknown. The light itself is rechargeable and lights up without any problems. The base lamp also lights up. Please understand that this is a used item, and those who are sensitive to such things should refrain from purchasing.
