This is a Minion popcorn bucket from USJ (Universal Studios Japan). It's super cute with Tim, and it talks when you press the button on its bottom (operation confirmed). Purchased at USJ and used only once for a short time in the park. Tim has not been taken out of the bag, and the condition is very good!! There are minor scratches and scuffs on the back that are barely noticeable unless you flip it over. *Batteries are included, but I don't know when they will run out.
