This is a skirt from the French brand Tape à l'oeil. I bought it at a special event at Hankyu Department Store. The size is 8 years, 128cm. It cost around 5000 yen! It's in beautiful condition, having been worn only once. I think it would be great for those who like Petit Bateau!
