This is a UNIQLO boa coat. I bought it about 6 years ago, and I don't remember if it originally had buttons or not... I don't see any holes where buttons might have been, so I think it didn't have any to begin with, but please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned about this. The button area here is faded and rubbed. Please check the photos. It's long enough to cover the hips on someone who is 153cm tall.
