I received this new item with tags here. It's a larger size, and my child could wear it when they were 3 and a half years old (average build). I wore it about 3 or 4 times when going out, but since we traveled by car, it was only for a short time. The construction is solid, but it's very light, so I think it's easy for small children to wear. It has been dry cleaned, and there are no noticeable stains, but please understand that this is a used item.
