Thank you for viewing! This is a Chiikawa mechanical pencil and ballpoint pen set. The one with Usagi, Chiikawa, and Hachiware lined up vertically is the mechanical pencil, and the green one is the ballpoint pen. I was able to test them out. The ink is black. I don't know how to refill the mechanical pencil lead. The top cap doesn't seem to come off, so I think it's the type that refills from the bottom (since the lead comes out, one piece is already inside). These items are stored at home by an amateur, so please refrain from purchasing if you are nervous about this or if you are looking for a perfect item.
